We use ORGANIC unbleached wheat flour for all our breads and regular scones. You won't find "organic" listed in the ingredients due to not being allowed under the Cottage Food Operation permit rules.
CHALLAH BREAD
Challah bread (pronounced hall-ah in English) is a braided yeast bread, slightly sweetened with honey and brushed with egg for a golden crust. Traditionally enjoyed on the Sabbath in Jewish homes, this bread is perfect for any day of the week! It's great for tearing apart at the table, making decadent French toast, or simply enjoying with honey butter. Available in large loaves or small rounds.
SOURDOUGH BREAD
100% WHOLE WHEAT SOURDOUGH
Now offering 100% whole wheat sourdough!
Sourdough bread is naturally fermented with a starter made only from wheat flour and water. Due to its longer fermentation period, this bread is easier to digest and allows for better nutrient absorption. I use organic whole wheat berries, which are fresh-milled in my home, and add some of this whole wheat flour to every loaf to produce a hearty bread with more flavor and more nutrients.
Slightly tangy with a rustic crust and a soft, chewy interior, these pre-sliced loaves are perfect for avocado toast or grilled cheese sandwiches. For a little sweet treat, try it my favorite way - toasted and slathered with butter and jam or honey!

Scones go perfect with tea or coffee! And remember, man does not live by bread alone, so why not add some scones?
Light and tender, these scones strike the perfect balance—not too sweet, not too dry, somewhere between a biscuit and a muffin. Available in regular size (batch of 6) or mini size (batch of 16).

- Cinnamon Roll - A scone layered with brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon, then rolled up. If you like cinnamon rolls and scones, this is your scone - a little less sweet and a little more crisp!
Plus, all my regular flour scones are egg-free, making them a great choice for various diets!

ALMOND FLOUR BROWNIES
These brownies are fudgy and indulgent! And they are made with almond flour, which has more protein and less carbs than regular all-purpose flour used in traditional brownies - bonus! (Available in batches of 12.)
GLUTEN-FREE FLOUR SCONES
Made with King Arthur's Gluten-Free Measure for Measure flour, these scones come in the same flavors as my regular scones, but they are NOT egg-free. (Available in batches of 8.)
*Treats made with Gluten-Free flours are not 100% gluten-free since they are made in our home kitchen where wheat flour is also used. People allergic to gluten or wheat should not consume items from The Covered Baker.
